Ingredients: 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust. 1 cup chestnut puree. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup chopped chestnuts optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine chestnut puree, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and heavy cream. Mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden brown on top. Let the tart cool completely before serving. If desired, garnish with chopped chestnuts before serving.
