Hey, I saw your post a while ago and I just wanted to check up and see if you were okay. If you're still having financial issues, I can send you a bit. As for "going out with a bang;" please don't do anything to endanger yourself! Hope you're safe.
Oh, that was a bad choice of words— sorry if anyone read it that way. I meant more, that I was gonna do something that I’m still not 100% sure about that would probably upset my mother and stepdad. I’m still not entirely confident about it, but sometimes I am when I’m angry enough.
And I’m doing okay. This ask is catching me at a bad time because I’m pretty fresh from a disappointing discovery and disagreement with someone. Venting helped, though. I really appreciate the concern and I’m not totally sure where I stand financially because I don’t know how this medical bill is gonna go. I’m still hoping it was a misunderstanding or poor communication, and they’ll fix whatever confusion’s going on. I’m as out of the loop as anyone because they told me it was taken care of, ha. If it falls on me in the end, I don’t know what’ll happen either cause I don’t know how I’ll pay it and get everything else sorted out financially.
I honestly don’t know where I stand, but thank you so much, again. It’s really thoughtful of you.

Hm, I wish I could charge that kind of rate, but I don't think many people would be willing to pay me that much at this point. But I really appreciate that advice! I'll have to see what other people think.

Well, I grew up Catholic, but I never really followed it strictly. There are things that I believe that the religion wouldn't tolerate. I'm for gay marriage for one thing. I guess I would consider myself more spiritual at this point? I believe in God and all, but it's more personal. I suppose I'm jaded by organized religions :/
