Straw pack (pencil cover) - REVIEW
The straw pack from chewigem consists of two of their blue pencil covers. The straws are about 13,5cm tall (about 5 inches). They are excellent when used with a can (small, 250ml can pictured with straw).
The straws are made from very thin silicone, so they are safe to chew but won’t last very long if used as chewies.
Toggle Board - Polished - REVIEW Toggle Boards now come in two options - polished and matte. Available on a cord (matte/polished) or on a toggle tag. The polished toggle tag/board pendant comes in three colors; black, silver and camo. The polished toggle board is stronger than the matte version. Rated 2/3 in firmness, durability and flexibility compared to 1/3 durability, 3/3 flexibility and 2/3 in firmness. The toggle tag is the only Chewigem chewie that can be chewed with back teeth comfortably. The toggle tag is an excellent choice for a moderate chewer that chews with front teeth or back teeth. On the front of the board it says “chewigem” and it has the chewigem smiley face printed on it. The board is thicker at the ends which is a good thing as it will make it last longer.
Berries - Review
Berries is a necklace from Chewigem. It consists of 7 (seven) beads. There are knots between the berries so they stay in place. The beads are textured with small bumps.
My necklace came on a black cord (not silky smooth but the rougher cord, which i personally prefer), which surprised me because in the pictures the cord is blue (see last picture). This isn't a big deal for me, but something that I noted.
Second picture is a size comparison to the Hand fidget (review) with a similar, but smaller bead.
The size of the “berries” are approximately 3cm (per "berry”)
The necklace is rated 1/3 in Flexibility and 3/3 in Durability and Firmness on Chewigems website
Berries work as a chewie for a moderate or a aggressive chewer or as a fidget for anyone. As is obvious of the shape (sphere), they aren't chewable with molars
It is possible to untie the knots between the berries and remove them from the necklace and just make them into fidgets. Nice to hold and fidget with
Available in 5 different colors: Blues and Green, Pinks & Purples, Rainbow, Black/Grey/White, and Reds & Blues
Because I personally prefer to chew with my molars and back teeth, I will use this as a fidget rather than a chewie. It works amazing at both things.
Button pendant - REVIEW
The Button pendant is Chewigems most durable chewie. The Button is available in 11 (eleven) colors + the exclusive color “glow in the dark” included in the “Glow in the Dark” discovery box.
Pictured is the Splash (blue) color. It is a shimmery blue. On this particular Button the sides have a more clear blue and the middle is very shimmery. It is visually very pleasing and stimulating.
The Button is very tough, rated a 1/3 in Flexibility and 3/3 in Firmness and Durability. The size of the Button is about 2 inches (about 5cm) in diameter and is thicker on the sides than in the middle. It has a glossy finish and is very smooth.
The Button is very firm when it is new. This will not work for chewers with weak jaws, unless it is chewed for very short periods of time. With use it does get softer, as all chewies do. Due to the shape it cannot be chewed with back teeth. Because it is so smooth and doesn't have any textures “sticking out” it will last even an aggressive chewer for a while.
I did find that if you bite down and pull the chewie and your teeth rub the chewie the finish does start wearing down after a while, but this is true for all chewies, as nothing is indestructible.

Overall this is a very durable chewie that most likely wont break anytime soon after getting it. It is available in a lot of colors and does fit into almost all wardrobes because of the many color options.
Pencil covers - Chewigem
The pencil covers come in a pack of two. One red and one blue is supplied.
The blue one is like a flexible sleeve that is pulled onto the pencil (similar shape to a straw). It can also be used as a straw.
The red one has a closed end with nubs at the end. It also gets thicker at the end.

I don’t personally chew my pencils all too much but when I do these are great! I prefer to use the blue one as a straw and the red one as a pencil cover. In my experience they don’t protect the pencil all to much from damage of chewing on a pencil, but it does protect the chewer from getting pencil shards in their mouth!
Emotichew - REVIEW
The emotichew is a chewable bangle bracelet that is two coloured. It has one side that is green and one that is red.
The green side has the text “Talk to me” and a smiling smiley face next to the text.
The red side has the text “Leave me be” and a angry smiley face next to the text.
The bracelet is medium firm and very chewable.
The bracelet not only works as a chewie but also as a communication method.
The bracelet comes in 2 sizes, one child size and one adult size. Is very similar to the flip bangle (flip bangles are two coloured bangles without text, also from chewigem)
Pros and Cons:
Doesn't work for aggressive chewers
Works excellently for mild/moderate chewers
Works very well for people who bite their hands/wrists
Excellent alternative communication method, especially for meltdowns or anxiety
Is made from matte silicone so not very prone to getting dusty
Board pendant - REVIEW
Also available in a “toggle” version. The toggle version differs in two ways:
1. The board is just one color (red, grey or black)
2. The board comes on a toggle tag, that easily can be attached to a zipper.
The board pendant is a smooth, two colored chewie that is chewable with back teeth (yay!). It is very flexible but quite firm. Made for moderate chewers (although this fits for me and i am an aggressive chewer).
The board pendant is a mix between the matte (skull/geotag) and smooth/shiny (realm ring) silicones, which is a very interesting texture. It comes on a cord that is very different from the soft and silky one that the skull came with. I personally like this cord more.
The section in the middle where the two colored silicones meet is very clean. The colors aren't mixed at all. Very well made. On the front of the board it says “chewigem” and it has the chewigem smiley face printed on it.
The board is thicker at the ends (as can be seen in the second picture), which is a good thing as it will make it last longer.
Overall, this is probably my favourite chewigem chewie so far.
Pros and Cons:
+Chewable with back teeth
+Nice material
+Can be fidgeted with
+Works for moderate chewers
+Very bendy
-Is a bit of a dust magnet (just rinse when it gets dirty)
For a mild chewer it is a bit too hard, and a bit too soft for a very aggressive chewer.
Realm Ring - REVIEW
The Realm Ring is a chewable pendant made by Chewigem. It is offered in three different “metallic” colors; Silver, Amber and Black.
The Realm Ring is suggested for mild to moderate chewers although I, an aggressive chewer have not had problems with it (if problems arise in the future i will update this post) due to the round and very smooth shape. There isn't any texture to bite/tear off. The chewie is also very soft and has a nice “bounce-back” when biting into it.
The chewie is smooth and round with a large diameter. The “coating” on this chewie is smooth (vs matte like the skull and geotag pendants). So far the “coating” has not worn off or been affected by chewing.
Since it is a metallic shimmer color the color isn't even (I find this very visually pleasing). This means that bite marks are much harder to see because of the general shimmer and variation in color on the chewie.
Size of the Realm Ring:
5.5 cm in diameter 1.4 cm deep 0.8 cm wide
Pros (+) and Cons (-) :
+Feels very nice and soft in mouth
+Very soft yet durable
+Fits most chewers
+Visually pleasing
+Bite marks don't show as easily due to color and material used
+Easy to bend and squish in hands, very soft
+Does NOT squeak
+Because it is a round chewie (and doesn't have just one place where you can attach the cord) you can rotate it around so it doesn't just get chewed on in one specific place! (this is impossible with most chewies)
-Because it is so smooth it may attract dust particles when worn on shirt/in pocket (i recommend to rinse it often)
-Due to shape and size it can't be chewed with back teeth (easily, at least)
-Not as fun to fidget with in hands as most other chewigems (for me it just has to do with the type of silicone used). (Still fun to fidget with)
