Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup instant chocolate pudding mix. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 large egg. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, instant chocolate pudding mix, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
