I can never get enough of raw fish here in French Polynesia! I have had it for breakfast and for lunch in the same day -- and the tuna is the best I have ever had. So fresh! Chez Roger in Papeete is a no frills local joint with some amazing cooking: tuna tartare, sauteed fish with green onions, tuna with Roquefort sauce and cream, and coconut, pear and chocolate tarts.
