People’s initiatives in Montana and Massachusetts have filed suit against their states and Secretary of States to allow them to collect electronic signatures to qualify initiatives. . . We think it’s too late for that now. The CA Governor and Secretary of State’s offices have failed to recognize that statewide initiatives collecting signatures should receive COVID-19 accommodations like every other sector of our society. . . CALL TO ACTION: Call the CA Secretary of State and DEMAND they place #chha2020 on the November 2020 General Election. Then, the voters of CA may choose whether they want #CannabisFreedom or continued cannabis tyranny under the #AUMA #Prop64 . .
