This smoothie is tasty and full of protein to fuel your day. The mixed berries and chia seeds add extra health benefits.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt low-fat. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 teaspoon honey optional.
Instructions: Put frozen mixed berries into a blender. Add almond milk that hasn't been sweetened. Vanilla protein powder and Greek yogurt should be added. Add chia seeds on top. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Try it out and add honey if you want to. If you added honey, blend again for a few seconds to mix. Put it in a glass and enjoy!
