Touhoumon Nuzlocke Challenge Chapter 1 part 4

Where we last left off: Katie and Alice had successfully captured Nazrin on route 1    We arrived at Viridian City after defeating another Chibi Nazrin and Chibi Tokiko. The first thing we did was heal up at the Touhou Center. Afterwards, we hit the mart. There, we bought 6 Antidotes and 8 Potions. As we left the mart, Nazrin tugged on my sock.  "Katie, I found this." Nazrin handed me a Green UFO. "Thanks, Nazrin." I put the UFO into my bag. Obtained the Green UFO We started walking around the city when Alice noticed an item behind a tree.  "I'll be right back." Alice jumped off my shoulder and ran around to the item. She came back, holding the item orb. Obtained the Potion! I patted Alice on the head.  "Thanks Alice." We headed into Route 22 in hopes of finding a new teammate. Wild Chibi Tokiko appeared! After two Tackle attacks, I threw the Touhou Orb. It shook three times before laying still. Chibi Tokiko was caught! I had my third partner. "Hi, Tokiko! I'm Alice." Alice introduced herself to Tokiko. Tokiko hid behind her book. "Alice, you're scaring her!" Nazrin shook her tail, startling the mice in her basket that was hanging off her tail. A couple mice fell out of the basket and onto the ground. "Oh, dear. My sergeants." Nazrin took her basket off her tail and placed it on the ground. She scooped up her "sergeants" and placed them back in her basket and latched it onto her tail. Tokiko giggled. Back in Viridian, I healed my Touhou up.  Outside of the Touhou Center, I called out my Touhou.  Alice emerged first, dusting off her dress. Then came Nazrin, making sure her "sergeants" were in her basket. Tokiko appeared last, reading from her book. "Alright, guys. You all are low on levels, so you all need to level grind. Meet back here in an hour." My three Touhou nodded.  "Understood!"  One Hour Later...  My three Touhou came walking back, chatting excitingly.  "Welcome back, you guys," I opened my Ayanote and looked at the status of my Touhou. Alice had grown to level 10 and had learned Psyshot in the process. Nazrin had grown to level 4. Tokiko... didn't gain any levels. She was still at level 2. The three of us headed up to Route 2, but were stopped by an old man.  "Ahh, I've had my coffee and now I feel great! Hm? What's that red box you have? Ah, you're working on an Ayanote. Then let me give you a word of advice. Whenever you catch a Touhou the Ayanote automatically updates its data." "... You don't know how to catch a Touhou? Well then, I'll show you how!"  *Insert tutorial on how to catch Touhou here* "See? Wasn't that easy? Take this to learn more!" Obtained the Teachy TV...how does this fit in the bag? After walking for a bit, we arrived at Route 2. Alice accidentally killed a wild Nazrin. "Oops. Sorry about that." Alice rubbed the back of her head. "It's ok. Why don't you guys go level grind for a bit?" "Ok!" Ten minutes later... "Wahhh! Katieee! Come quick! It's Nazrin!" Alice and Tokiko came running back to me as fast as their legs could carry them. I ran over to the tall grass where Nazrin was laying. "Nazrin!" I ran up to my mouse Touhou. "Katie... it was a critical hit... I'm done for..." Nazrin's eyes started to close. "No! Nazrin, don't go! Nazrin!" I knelt down and picked up my mouse. "It was... an honor being your partner..." Nazrin's eyes closed as a tear fell from mine onto the mouse.  "Nazrin? ...Nazrinnnnn!"  I set the mouse Touhou down.  Alice and Tokiko ran up to me.  "Is Nazrin..." Alice started. "...dead?" Tokiko finished. I picked up Nazrin's limp body. "She is, girls... Nazrin's dead."

Touhoumon Nuzlocke chapter 1 part 3

Where we last left off: Our hero recieved Oak's parcel from Viridian and delivered it to Oak back in Pallet Town. I left Oak's lab and headed for Route 1. Before I left Pallet Town, I swung by Nikki's house. I knocked and entered. "Hey, there you are, Katie." Nikki stood up and led me over to the table. "As I promised, here's your Town Map." Obtained the Town Map "I know you get lost easily, so you might need this." Nikki laughed. "Thanks, a lot, honey." I replied sarcastically. Completely oblivious, Nikki continued talking, "Isn't this cool though? We both get to expore Kanto." "... Not together." I mumbled. "What?" "Nothing." I threw the map into my bag, lowered my hat over my eyes and ran out of Nikki's house and into Route 1. Tears fell from my eyes, what was the point of this journey if I was going to be without my boyfriend beside me? "Katie... cheer up... it's OK..." Alice had released herself from her orb and was hugging me around my leg. There wasn't much else a one foot tall Touhou could hug at her height. I shook my head, "You wouldn't understand, Alice." I stepped into some tall grass and a wild Touhou came charging at me. Wild Chibi Nazrin appeared! The mouse Touhou attacked Alice with a Tackle. Alice looked at me, then shook her head. "Guess I'm fighting on my own..." Alice used Pound "Nazrin!" The Chibi ran forward and tackled Alice again. "Tch... alright, one more time..." Alice wiped blood off the corner of her mouth. Alice used Pound! "Nazrin..." The chibi Nazrin sat down on the ground, pawing at its face. "Oi! Katie, use an Orb!" Alice yelled at me, shaking my leg. "Alright, alright." Fishing a Touhou Orb out of my bag, I threw it at Chibi Nazrin. Chibi Nazrin was sucked into the orb. The orb landed on the ground and shook violently. After shaking three times, the ball remained still. Chibi Nazrin was caught!

Touhoumon Nuzlocke ch 1 part 2

Where we last left off: Katie and Nikki had just recieved their partners and are about to have a practice battle. "Let's start things of by lowering Alice's defenses! Tail Whip!" Nikki commanded Reisen. Reisen attempted to hit Alice with her tail. Alice's Barrier ability prevents stat loss "You're kidding... well then, Reisen, Pound!" Reisen runs up and hits Alice across the face. "Finally, my turn. Alice, Pound!" I commanded. Alice ran up and hit Reisen in the face. The two Touhou shared blows to the face until Reisen fell to the floor. Foe Reisen was defeated! Alice gained 69 EXP. Alice grew to level 6! Katie defeated Boyfriend Nikki. Nikki recalled Reisen, "You're really strong, Alice." He patted my Touhou on the head. "I'm going to train for a bit. I'll see you later, Katie." Nikki kissed me on the cheek and left the lab. I decided to go train as well. I exited the lab and made my way into Route 1. After walking in the grass for a bit, I heard a shuffling noise. Turning around, I saw a Touhou coming at me. Wild Chibi Tokiko appeared! "Go Alice!" I commanded, and the battle was on. After 4 Pound attacks, the Chibi Tokiko fell to the ground. Foe Chibi Tokiko was defeated. Alice gained 25 EXP. Walking on, we encountered a shop keeper who was impressed with our battle. He even gave us a Potion. Obtained the Potion A little bit later we reached Viridian City. We didn't encounter any other wild Touhou. I stepped into the Touhou center, where I restored Alice's health. I then went to the mart. As soon as I walked in, the shop keeper called me over. "Hey, you're from Pallet Town, right?" "Uh... yes, I am." I answered. The shop keeper handed me a package. "Professor Oak's parcel came in. Would you take it to him?" "Uh... sure..." Obtained Oak's Parcel Holding on to the package, Alice and I made our way back to Pallet Town. Alice had fun hopping ledges. When we arrived in Pallet Town, we went straight to Oak's lab. "Oh, Katie, there you are. How's Alice doing?" Oak asked us as we walked up to him. "I'm great! Katie's treating me well!" Alice exclaimed, handing Oak his parcel. Oak looked at the package in surprise. "Oh! This is the custom Touhou Orb I ordered! Thank you." After saying those words, Nikki rushed in. "You called me?" He asked Oak. "Ah, yes, I have something for you two." Oak walked up to a table and picked up two machines. " This is called an Ayanote. It records data on Touhou after you catch them. However, you can only record the first one you catch." He handed the Ayanotes to me and Nikki. "If you're going to catch Touhou, you'll need these as well." Oak handed us 5 Touhou Orbs. "Weaken the Touhou and throw the ball. That's how you catch them." I put the Ayanote and orbs into my bag. "Hey, Katie, I have something to give you, so stop by my house before you leave." Nikki smiled and left the lab.

Touhoumon Nuzlocke Challenge part 1

“Katie! Wake up! You’re going to be late to recieve your Touhou from professor Oak!” my mom yelled from downstairs. “5 more minutes…” I muttered as I threw my pillow over my head. One Hour Later I sat up in bed and yawned. I glanced at my clock. It was past noon. I screamed, threw off my blankets and quickly changed into a skirt and shirt. Withdrawing my only Potion from my PC, I threw it into my bag and ran downstairs. “Bye mom!” I gave my mother a quick kiss and ran outside. Pallet Town was a small town. It had two houses, mine, and my boyfriend’s. Come to think of it, he was recieving his first Touhou too. I dashed to Oak’s lab. No one was there, aside from my boyfriend, Nikki. “Hey, good morning sunshine.” Nikki laughed and rubbed the top of my head, making me blush. “Have you seen Professor Oak?” I asked, catching my breath. “He should be here shortly, I heard he was out on Route 1.” Nikki answered. As he said those words, a man in his 60s walked up to us. “You two are the new trainers, correct?” Nikki and I nodded. Oak smiled. “Good, then here are your starters.” Oak showed us 3 Touhou Orbs sitting on a table. “When I was your age, I was a serious Touhou Trainer, now I only have 3 left. Go ahead, pick one.” Nikki and I looked at each other and Nikki shrugged. “You pick yours first.” He smiled. I walked up to the table and picked up an orb, pressing the button on it. A small girl with green hair came out of the orb and brushed her blue miko outfit off. “I’m Sanae, the Miko Touhou!” Sanae exclaimed, waving her spell on a stick around. I opened the next orb. A purple haired girl with Rabbit ears emerged. “I’m Reisen, the Moon Rabbit Touhou!” Reisen hopped up and down. I opened the last orb. A little blond haired girl came from within the orb. “I’m Alice, the Puppeteer Touhou.” Alice sat on the table. I looked at the three Touhou. It took me a while before I picked up Alice’s orb. “So you choose Alice? She’s a great Touhou.” Oak smiled as I recalled Alice to her orb. “Cute. My turn.” Nikki walked up next to me and picked up Reisen’s orb. “Did you already pick Reisen?” I asked as Nikki recalled her. “Yeah, while you were sleeping.” He replied, then turned to me. “Y’know, these Touhou haven’t had much exercise. Should we have a practice battle?” Nikki asked, calling out Reisen. “Sure,” I nodded, releasing Alice. Boyfriend Nikki would like to battle! Nikki sent out Chibi Reisen. “Go, Alice!” I commanded, as Alice ran into the battle field.
