if you sleep on your back they will happen more often, just sleep like a fetus or log (tru fact)

I'll definitely be conscious of that tonight! I still experience sleep paralysis when I'm on my side, but the feeling of suffocation is definitely not as strong as it would be on my back.

Same. I took a nap today and I couldn't move, like I was trying to wake up but I couldn't.

Ugh, I'm so sorry about that. It's especially annoying when you feel like you're being crushed, or when it seems like so much time has passed during an attack. Hopefully it's not a recurring thing for you?
