Okay, I get your point, but "Primary Caretaker"? What does that include? Like, feeding them, watering them, exercising them, and interacting with them? If the metaphorical person you're talking about does all that a substantial amount more than other people in the household, I would consider them being more entitled to being the "owner"? Bc it doesn't matter if you paid for them or if you buy their food, if you don't care for them beyond that, they aren't really yours, y'know? I mean, yeah (1/2)
