So I got to fulfill a long time cosplay aspiration to make Dolores Umbridge and had an absolute blast with my amazing sister @chibirinoa putting this together. We made our group debut this weekend at Costume Con 37 in Danvers, MA. So pysched our group (but come on, it was really my sister’s JAW DROPPING McGonagall) won Best Tailoring in the Master division and Best in Class-Presentation!

So yesterday was Day 1 of Costume Con #34 in Madison WI and I took Nova Prime and FINALLY got to do photoshoots with an amazing Ronin! Also to my total surprise, I won an Honorable Mention for Best Tailoring by the ICG judges and a "Drool" award from the Kansas City Costume Society! Not to mention my amazing sister @chibirinoa won a free scholarship to the three-day event Costume College for her amazing creation! Feeling all the warm and fuzzies for my family

Guess what I’m about to costume blog for my sister, @chibirinoa!

One of our favorite versions of Cinderella ever, the 1965 broadcast starring Stuart Damon and Lesley Ann Warren, as well as such legends as Celeste Holm, Ginger Rogers, Walter Pidgeon etc.

Also, for me, one of my favorite versions ever costumed. Perfect Medieval costume fabricated with 1960′s fabrics. So some George Whittaker appreciation today!

Do you design your own Glenn Close character costumes??

I did do some sketches of costumes for Cruella De Vil for my fanfiction, and the two cosplays I have were built by me with the help of my sister @chibirinoa who created the patterns :)
