Thankful Thursday
This is a post I usually do for work. Every Thursday we choose supporters from the last week and thank them on our tumblr. The idea doesn’t have quite the same purpose for personal life but I like it nonetheless. Following is just a list of things I’ve had to be thankful for within the last week.
Family: my granddaddy turned 90 years old last Saturday & I was able to celebrate with him. Since I was in Atlanta, I was also able to celebrate my little brother turning 21.
Zaxby’s: I can only indulge in the restaurant chain when I travel south of Virginia but I love it soo much!
My roommates: I moved into a new apt before heading to ATL. I didn’t have time to unpack or organize. My roomies put my mattress & box spring in my room so I didn’t have to sleep on the floor after coming off the road.
My boyfriend: He worked 12 hours on Sunday and Monday but still found the energy to help put my bed frame and bookshelf back together.
Free Manis: I went to an event called “Pretty in Paint” and got some nice nail art done for free (pics soon) I appreciate the bloggers The Seventh District, Eclechick and Chic Chocolate for hosting.
