I just saw something completely new, something I have not seen since moving to Chicago! I just saw a road crew ACTUALLY WORKING ON A ROAD PROJECT! I didn't know they even DID THAT in this city. I kind of thought once an area was cordoned off that that was it. Bye bye road. Maybe it's a sign of the season. MAGIC!
