Upzek or Uptead??

Chicago PD seems to be making a chemistry test with Haley, first with Ruzek in 5x04 and now Halstead in 5x05 (what that hell was that scene?? LOL).

Between both I prefer Upzek, I don’t think make Jay move on so fast of Erin is a good idea, plus I really think Hailey and Adam could be a good couple, I like the chemistry there.

I know this was an emotional scene and I should be tearing up, but all I could think was "This is bullshit".

They took 9 years of character development and threw it away.

What happened to season 4 Jay who said to Mouse that you don't have to go away to fight a war?

What happened toJay who wanted to protect his city?

What happened to Jay who promised he would never leave Hailey?

What happened to Jay's moral compass?

What made Upstead's relationship and partnership a solid rock was their communication skills.

I am angry that Jay was hanging out with Voight behind Hailey's back.

I am angry he forgot all his morals that shaped his character throughout these years.

I am angry it was so easy for him to leave.

I am angry he made that decision in the blink of an eye.

I am angry he didnt discuss it with Hailey first and simply announced his plans.

I am angry we didn't get a goodbye scene with the whole team .

THIS IS BULLSHIT!!

And all that crap about if you love someone let him go? If he loves you he won't leave in the first place.

I really don't like the way they handled it At this point, I would rather see him die a hero's death while saving Hailey .

They better not kill him off screen or I am going to be pissed!!!

Chicago Pd Finale

-And look at what that cost us!

I don't know why but this line stuck with me since it really didn't cost them anything. On the contrary it made their relationship stronger and even got married.

Before reviewing the whole finale I just have to say how disappoined I am with the way they handled the explosion. It was a cliffhanger and all we got was a few seconds. No hospital, no major injury no nothing. After such a fall Hailey surely would have a concussion but no...... she's back on the field immediately.

Unfortunately, I knew this day would come. So here I am, wishing they had killed off Jay cause this shitty storyline is worse than his death.

It's an insult to the character, the actor and of course all of us fans.

I know there is a lot of talk about Jay being tranfered to another unit or even being called back in the army.

I am rulling out the army cause Jay had a traumatic experience and it took him years to recover both mentally and physically. I will never forgive the show for not giving us his whole military backstory and why he and Mouse were medically discharged.

So that leaves us to his tranfer. I am stil adamant about this.

If either of them felt like they can't deal with Voight anymore, then they would both exit the unit. Really, I can't think of a reason why Jay would abandon Hailey and his friends or Hailey not following him. He has stated time and time again that even though he loves Hank, he is a bad influence. Therefore he would never let Hailey ALONE under his influence. I just can't accept it.

Of course I don't want Jay to die but for me it's the only logical exit.
