★★★★★ "Jacob was a stellar service person. He communicated several times with updates on his timing of arrival. He listened to the list of locks and doors I needed work done on. He efficiently performed the work. He answered all question I had and made several excellent comments and recommendations to further my knowledge of how locks should be properly cared for. If I ever have more lock issues, I will demand he be the person who comes and takes care of them. Simply can’t recommend him highly enough. Very professional."
