Barbacoa

My dad bought a cabeza de vaca or a cows head. He'll start the barbacoa on Friday night so that we can have tacos de barbacoa on Saturday morning. I am so ecstatic! It's definitely a favorite pastime. Daniel was invited. When I told him he looked confused. Hahaha! "A cow's head?"
