I’ve had this obsession with Chicken Tingas Tostadas for quite awhile. The first time I tried them was at a family gathering on my husband’s side and someone had brought a huge tray of the chicken topping and a large pack crispy tostada shells and fresh Mexican crema. Oh my goodness, these were insanely delicious!!! And what a budget friendly meal for a party!!

Mashed potatoes

This dish goes perfectly with the Chicken Chipotle. If the Chicken Chipotle is is too spicy, take a bit of the mashed potatoes.

What do you need for 6 persons? 1,5 kilogram of potatoes that are easy too mash. 1 egg Some butter, for the creaminess Little bit of milk Pepper and salt Some nutmegg

How to make it? 1# Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. 2# Cook the potatoes in 20 to 25 minutes. 3# Drain the potatoes 4# Add a dash of milk and butter to the potatoes. Beware, too much milk makes the whole soggy. 5# Mashing it until it is a nice puree. 6# Add salt, pepper and nutmegg to your taste
