anyway. non-KFC japanese fried chicken is nice, it's usually boneless and somewhat less greasy than i think american fried chicken generally is?

though my favorite japanese take on fried chicken is called Chicken Nanban which translates to "southern barbarian chicken" and features copious amounts of tartar sauce. delicious.

why is that i go to a site to look at rare chicken breeds, they claim to be an expert and then go:

ayam cemani is all black: outside, inside, organs and they lay all black eggs.

... but they do not lay black eggs. its a hoax, the image is a hoax. those are duck eggs poultry authority. duck eggs. ayam cemani lay cream colored eggs.

how can i trust chicken places if they dont even know what color eggs this chicken lays.

also, what is up with it being IMPOSSIBLE to find pictures of chicks while they are growing ??? does no one document this stuff ???

i feel like its my duty now to document my Ancona Chickens growing up, because i legit cannot find photos of them through the weeks. all i can ever find is day old chick, full growed chicken.

i want to see photos of chickens through their first year, like, bi-weekly or something, maybe it will help identify the development of roos vs hens. idk. maybe im dreaming. or maybe someone knows where i can find this stuff ?? im usually really good at searching on the interwebs, but all i find about Ancona chickens is that they loud as fuck.
