Despite how much I love MegaSound, I actually don't want them to be together, I don't want them to end up together at all. I love Soundwave too much to leave his relationship status at "it is complicated"😔

To me, they are the kind of relationship that you love for what they could have been together. I love exploring their relationship and trying to peirce the missing peirce together, coming up with theory and turning it into something i can grab at and make into drawing

But i also believe that by the time Megatron finally got his act together, he would have already dragged everyone that believed in him down a pit of return and ruined their life, including himself and Soundwave's

I love MegaSound for the journey they went on together, and my art is, sadly, just delusional dream of what I wish they could have become 🫠

I see why MegaSound isn't a relationship that should work out , like it is really deep and get very sentimental, but it is like vanilla cake compare to the passionate disaster that is MegaStar, MegOp or even MegaMax

It can be sweet, but it really is like Japanese pudding compared to American cupcakes in sweetness, considering ThunderSound, JazzSound, or SoundBlaster is a thing

The problem with the ship itself is that they are surrounded by BETTER OPTIONS in their own story(Megatron need someone who can deal with him, Soundwave need someone he doesn't need to deal with)

The ship has both sad and sweet elements, but it can't focus on one because of the nature of the characters themselves. Megatron is a tyran and Soundwave is an enabler

Megatron treats others the way he thinks is best because he has a Pit mentality(bottom of society miner turn famous Gradiator, violence is basically it own language to Megatron), and Soundwave whom never knows how one should be treated to begin with(don't forget Soundwave is a homeless mech who got pick up by Sentinor Ratbat because he not only is he a telepath, but also very vulnerable)

Both lives desperate life, trying to cling on to the first person who believed in them or treat them with respect

Just because it could have worked out doesn't mean that it should

But.... I... hum... also... really like pudding

I doubt anyone will see it, but it makes me smile knowing my ramble is seen by some unfortunate souls

I have your tumblr notifs on because i love your art and I love checking it out when you post and i had a cute little "ommgg its my boys!!! its the constructicons!!" And i didnt read the caption i just clicked to see the art close up. When i looked at your art i was like "aww its scav and long haul cuddling. Scavenger is ADORABLE look at his lil face" and it absolutely went over my head entirely. I read your note and i IMMEDIATELY was 👀 a banger series of fics?? Count me in!! And i clicked on the link and. I just. Brain-stopped-working.exe just staring at my own series and going OH MY GOD.

YOU!! MADE ART. OH MY GOD. IM JUST. ohmygod.

If i wasnt literally trapped in a deadline for the next week I would absolutely post the next chapter for you. 10000%

Omg I am so late to this, but I have read every single one for at least 6 times each, maybe more :D but who is counting

I love the whole series so much, and each time I read it, it is like I'm learning new things about the Constructicons and picking up thing that i didn't notice the first time and I felt in love more and more 🤤

And that moment between Scavenger and Longhaul stuck with me to this day, I can't get over how happy yet sad I was reading it, a bitter sweet moment like that is one I haven't been able to experience in a long time and I love every seconds

I will be happily enjoying the series along with your other work for a long time to come so there is no pressure to post new chapters

I've seen you draw Armada Red Alert a bunch, do you have any opinions on Cybertron Red Alert?

I have too many opinions on Armada Red Alert as a character, but I haven't got to cybertron Red Alert yet :')

But they are both very interesting design wide to me like the love-child of idw Ratchet and G1 Red Alert

The way Armada Red Alert talks in the anime always feels so playful yet controlled, I love it when he gets a moment to shine, like when he tricks Starscream with the mirror trap

But the story in the anime is very rushed, and anytime I think he gonna get an episode for himself, some other goober(Hoshot, I'm looking at you) get the episode. He is shown with Optimus and Hotshot in the first episodes but ends up just getting treated like a convenient, the stay at home wife that run the base but barely do anything outside of what everyone else is doing

It is hard to put my finger on why I love him so much since of all the characters I have ever loved he is the one, and only one I would call my wife

I still only barely grace the surface with transformer unicron trilogy😔 still haven't taken out the time to finish the 3d cartoon and the comics. My brain gets fried so easily when I'm interested in something I just start drawing 😅
