day 1:

they figured out they could drink the dew off the grass

constantly burrowing

they all wanna be underneath the other two when they sleep in a huddle. the littlest one usually wins.

sometimes they chase the cats

they really wanna be underneath your feet when you're walking

they WILL fall asleep standing and they WILL fall over and wake themselves up

Chicken update for those interested!🐔

It's been 16 days (!!!!) since she was attacked and oh boy, she's doing so, so well. I am soooo proud of her. She's not totally out of the woods yet bc of a weird patch of skin on her back that could potentially make some things worse, but in general, it's still looking like she's gonna make it 💖 she's molting and regrowing all her feathers rn so our house is FILLED with feathers and she looks extremely scruffy, but the vet was so happy with her progress today and we're aiming to let her back outside again on the 3 week mark (this sunday)!! My dad and partner are building a new, safer run this weekend too so I'll be making lots of entertaining stuffs for her in there :D

She continues to be a menace in the house, as well as a shit machine. My poor dad is constantly cleaning up after her 😂 And she's finding all sorts of mischief and mayhem. I LOVE HER
