What is mommyclan?
Mommyclan is a fanmade clan on tumblr made by user @/mommyclaws, and you can read more abt it on the blog @/mommyclan!
Chickenwing, my gorl, is a part of that clan, and they're still accepting cats! You can make your cat as silly or as serious as you want!
Like, my girl here is literally named "Chickenwing" and she's friends with a griffin named Chickenpuff... half of the apprentices aren't even cats.
Chickenwing sounds awesome! Can you explain some of their lore??
Chickenwing was the first borne daughter of widowed mistress Buffalowing who died tragically when The Emu escaped the local twoleg zoo. Chickenwing was the human equivalent of 32 when her dearest mother was pecked to DEATH by The Emu, and if she is accepted into MommyClan she'd be 33 in the present day.
Emotionally? She's 45. Mentally she is working a 9 to 5 shift at 7-Eleven.
Besides her tragic backstory regarding The Emu, she is a very normal cat with no other traumas. As far as she knows she is an only child but she's open to having a DNA test. If she ever has a child, the name she has her heart set on is Rawmeatkit.
She has bald legs with fucked up little toes and claws, and she does not know what a chicken is. She thinks it's like... a feathered buffalo. If/when she finds out chickens are birds like emus she'll enter her Joker Arc.
Chickenwing lore:
She still has beef with this random emu that escaped from a local zoo the previous year. The Emu is still out there...
(Spoiler: its not. The bird was recaptured and returned to its enclosure.)
