I am unsure if Tmblr will allow these to be visible to anyone, but me. Since plastic toys in humanoid shape are not to be seen without cloth pieces from head to toe. One of my posts with photos of a sealed in plastic baggie, Azone Pure Neemo shapless boy body was fl6gged once. Then some of my Mano's posts were also fl6gged. Yet, there are some questionable stuff that gets suggested to me, not only fan-fic but also actual people...as well as accounts with female avatars that make me question humanity when I already have zero faith in it...
As a fangirl of Sephiroth since I was in my early teens (after playing OG FFVII), I always wanted a perfect figure or doll based on him. There are some awesome figures based on him, and I own quite a few, if not all of them (except for any resin statues, as I don't/didn't collect those until BJD back in the dark ages). When I saw Fairyland Chic Line Rou, I knew I would need him to bring my very own custom Sephy doll to life. He doesn't look anywhere near like him, in any of the many versions there are now of Sephiroth. However, I just knew proportionately and body build-wise, there would never be anything closer (to me, and knowning the body is not perfectly proportioned either, as Sephy is meant to be). So, I purchased Rou, fully wanting to create a custom Sephy. I lost interst in BJD, for about ten plus years. Now I repainted my Rou, and lost some of his clothes... I lost his pants, apparently. I could find both Sephy-esque coats I made for him, but none of the other stuff. Weird?
I own a GameToys Sephiroth, that I have repainted a few times already. So, I feel I got the closest I'll get to having a perfect Sephiroth figure, without ever getting a (OG) Crisis Core, version that would be my ideal version of him. Having said that, I don't mind owning a million different version of him. I still want my Rou to be my Dissidia version of him and still plan on customizing further my CC version DIM Minimee head sculpt, that I also purchased, before I knew I would eventually own the GT Sephy, in the far away future (meaning now).
I am super happy with him, despite my cameras having problems photographing anything, because I suck at life, setting lights, taking photos, painting miniatures.... ect. I didn't do a good job with his top lashes (or bottom ones, but that's the story of my life!). I'll attempt fixing the top ones later. When it's not hot like the pits of h3ll, here. DX The last three were taken with my crappier but newer phone. (:
