Understandably, they cut out a large chunk of the fight portion, likely for time reasons and also to get to the points they're making toward Supreme a lot more quickly. I feel like there's definitely moments where it's correct to cut some of the memory footage, and here seems like a good decision to let the fight remain in its own story, and leave the happiness gift not being too late for both.

Okay, I HAVE to comment on Fresh Precure ep 17.

I think the main reason Miki's tactics were failing was because she was treating Chiffon too much like a baby.

In Love and Inori's cases, it happened when Chiffon matured and wanted to show support for their hard work. In Love's case she tried something she didn't know if she'd like, and in Inori's she told Inori she'd be okay by herself while the Cures fought the monster.

Miki, meanwhile, treated her too much like a helpless child... and was really bad at it. (I don't know much about babies, but I'm pretty sure their digestive systems can't handle a hamburger.)

Personally, I think the timing would've been better if Blurun came out during the fight, specifically right after Berry took the hit for Chiffon.

Pretty Cure Week 2016 Day #4: Favorite Mascot/Fairy

That’s a mean question! Because I literally can’t decide all mascots are great and only a few are annoying (looking at Smile and Doki Doki). But I then went with those two cuties. I would have added Coco and Natts too, but for some reason, I don’t see them as mascots but rather as family...

When mascots like Chiffon or Ai-chan are said to be adorable in canon but you find their designs more creepy than cute (even if they grown on to you)
