The Survivalist from the Honest Hearts DLC of Fallout: New Vegas

It's my least favorite DLC. Yes I think Dead Money is better but tbf bad gameplay is more preferable than racism.

The only saving grace it has is that it told one of the most gut-wrenching stories about when you live through the start of the apocalypse and lose all that you loved in a single moment, making you live through the remnants of humanity and just how awful it can truly be. But despite it all, there is still kindness and love to be found. There is still those with hope and if preserving that hope is the only reason for you to live, no matter how many times it's taken from you, it is still a life worth living.

All told through a bunch of terminal logs you can read that are completely optional. You only find his body if you were that invested in his story.

I just really like stories with the indomitable human spirit, what can I say 🙂‍↕️

This question sucks the games I'm into are either like mainstream, mainstream for gamers, or have a sizable amount of content in the tags.

Only one I can think of at the moment is Vintage Story (as someone who has never played Minecraft). It's fun both solo and co-op. I love extreme survival games and the horrors. It's not fully finished but the devs are very receptive to feedback and continue to release banger after banger with every update. You guys should make more seraph ocs it'd be awesome 😁
