Samuel opened his eyes, blinking in confusion. He looked towards Moon, perking slightly in surprise to find that he actually had to look up to see Moon’s face. He looked down to his hands, noticing how small he was now.Hesitantly, he spoke, “Moon…?” He paused for a second, noticing how much higher his voice was before he continued, “What happened?”

"Ah, Mother!" Samuel called out as he ran towards the woman, wrapping his arms around her thigh. Looking up towards Rosalind’s confused face, his expression turned from one of excitement to apologetic and sad.
