headcanon that after rabbits core was stolen the spine was the one who found her body lying there with her chest ripped open and even after she was fixed for awhile he couldnt bring him self to look at her because hed remember finding her essentially dead body just lying there and he was worried about her like crazy but at the same time he can barely look her in the eye

prt 2: and so he tries to distance himself from her even though he does care about her and eventually she tracks him down and pesters him about whats wrong until he finally breaks down and confesses how scared he was and how awful he feels that he couldnt have been there or done something and now hes too much of a coward to do anything
