One important thought...

It was hard week and I waked up with shadows on my mind.

So I had quick wash with cold water and made #bearfaced.. Take a pic, send text BEAR to 70710 to donate £10 (the smallest thing I could make), post pic. It makes my day little better. Let's do it! It's only little thing, but more little things make better world.

Children are our future. They need our help, but in fact they're helping us. Helping us to see world like a better place. Through their smiling faces.
