Eddie watched the sky above them with a wide smile and wider awe. He hadn't believed a place like this, so clear and so vast could be waiting for someone like him. He had only wished his twin brother could share it with him. It had been a couple of years since he had last seen him.

The last thing Eddie remembered was his brother Robbie winning the lottery. Eddie didn't remember how exactly they split paths, but he was happy for him. Hopefully Robbie would have been happy for him too, wherever he is. Eddie fixed the backpack on his shoulder before continuing his exploratory walk around the island, his eyes darting towards the waves in the distance.

"Okay, I've seriously got to try shredding those waves." He says to himself, his body nearly vibrating in the direction of the beach before Eddie shakes his head to refocus him. "I should go unpack first." He finds himself thinking, turning back towards the direction of the cabins before he feels his body collide with someone's shoulder.

"Oh shit, my bad--" Eddie's face turns flush, eyes blinking in disbelief. "Robbie..? Robbie!!" He shout in a gleeful laughter before bringing him into a hug and twirling him around in a bear hug.

Victories weren't usual to the son of Dionysus, at least not to this one. It's taken him a couple hours to find the right bottle to bring with him to the beach, so he will be celebrating himself not taking a third hour to find it. However, Baron, expert navigator when drunk, had seemed to loose himself within the orchard of olive trees. The eerie repeating rows of tree sending a chill down the son of Dionysus' spine.

He could feel a pair of eyes watching him. Usually, Baron would have spotted who by now. He wasn't sure if it was the exertion or the lack of energy dulling the demigod's edge. His cold green eyes scanned the olive grove once more before continuing to walk. As he quickly past the bend of an olive tree, Baron jumped slightly as he watched someone appear out of what felt like thin air.

"Shit!" He breathes, nearly dropping the bottle. "Where the hell did you come from?"

There was a lot he appreciated about life on the island, but one of them had to be this goddamn beautiful forest. He had often thought the forest scared, often carried a book of birds as a kid. Even gotten a hang of a couple bird calls too. None of which Jackson could do now. Perks of growing up, he assumed. The son of Pan walked slightly off course of the main paths, something he'd often discouraged, but this forest was vast, just begging travelers to explore outside its main paths.

Today he attempted to tackle the northern section. He could walk a couple more miles before getting tired for the walk back. Jackson figured he could always sleep a cozy canopy if it got too dark. but as much of a country boy he wants to admit he is, a good sleep on a mattress has become one of his greatest vices before coming here. Finding a thick wall of shrubbery, the son of Pan decided to poke his head into it. He was surprised to find someone in a clearing. He waves at them, hoping they were friendly. "Hey there!"

dustin made friends wherever he went. his stubborn charm endeared those around him. often too outgoing for his own good, dustin made it an early mission to meet as many islanders as quickly as he could. he cherished genuine connections and wanted to ensure he was on people's minds. being new was an easy way to break the ice, so dustin often sought out new arrivals. this is how he became friends with oakley, who arrived around the same time.  “what was it that you wanted help with?” dustin asked. hecate's kids had an air of mystery dustin couldn't read. he hadn't spent much time around them, but he was intrigued. he looked over to oakley with a warm smile.

Someone of Carlo's impressive statue needed to learn how to manuever his weight around, and be conscious of his size. So when Robert manages to grab him by the hips and gently pin him to the wall, he's take aback.

"Wow, you are very strong—" Carlo chuckles, surprised the smaller man was able to take hold of him that forcefully. (Smaller, but still incredibly built for someone of his frame, of course.) "Is there a reason you are holding me against the door...?"

tokyo was nothing like cold and dark alaska where noel had been raised, it was far more densely populated with a far more mild climate in the spring. despite this, noel still felt that chill in his bones anywhere he went. it was something he had become accustomed to, just an accessory to the very flesh that he walked in. a price to pay for the divinity that sang within his veins. 

while every part of him told noel to isolate himself, maybe visit the city on his own, he fought against that instinct and joined a few of the demigods for a game of strip poker. they had brought some ambrosia laced liquor to help shake things up, so it wouldn't stay so.. dull. he was currently one of the last few who were in the game. 

“i think you just lost that round, so..” the blonde was already shirtless, sipping on the dionysian beer in his hand.

What a rough day, Eoin had thought his latest attempt to scheme some kind of mischief amongst the games would bear some fruit. Alas, he wasn't a son of Demeter. As soon as the win was called, Eoin's mood was sour throughout the day. He didn't deem it that important for the scheme to follow through, it was more of a personal bet. Like that one book the Secret, only very gay and petty.

The son of Hermes watched people disperse after the final score was settled, Eoin himself stood there looking around, deciding where to take his defeated mug. He walked across the beach, a little downtrodden as he scans the sands ahead of him. Waving down someone who he's probably met before, if not has stolen from or tried to steal from before. Eoin just hopes the entire island follows the same forgiveness dogma. "Hey! Did you loose too?"

Now, Donnie understood that some people liked to maintain some kind of mysterious and generally distant vibe. He got that. He also just largely considered it to be dumb and actively worked to break down as many of those guys barriers as he could because there was a damn sight more fun to be had if you got involved in the fun of it.

So, unfamiliar faces absolutely got a warm greeting from the son of Pan, and Rafe was not an exception to that. Considering the amount of space claimed by the wilds of Pan, and the gardens of Demeter, it wasn't much of a surprise to find Donnie in the middle of helping guide some of the widlife away from the fields. "I promise, they didn't go munching on anything they shouldn't have." He hadn't actively turned to face the approaching footsteps behind him, crouched and carefully making sure the rabbits who had definitely been attempting to devour a small field made it back to the woods instead.
