The process of writing our first full-length album Unshriven has a deep connection to St. Anna. I was working at St. Anna's children's hospital in 2013. There I met Eva, a 17-year-old girl who suffered from leukaemia. She loved her family and friends, she loved music, she loved her life and we got friends in that short period of time. I supported her in that last weeks of her life and also in her last hours. After Evas death I sat down and wrote 11 songs. I really felt the need of telling that story, of letting it all out. I always wanted to donate the money that I make on the album to St. Anna but then it all got bigger and bigger, the production was more expensive than I thought and I was a student at that time. It wasn't the right time. NOW it is. So I'm finally doing this... I am grateful for each and everyone who's supporting me collecting money to donate it to St. Anna Children's Cancer Research Institute.
