#analogfilm Alvin and friends. From the picture project Payatas 2000 . Alvin and his friends work as child scavengers at the Payatas dumpsite. Alvin tells me his parents are not around, they have work outside of Metro Manila. They are itinerant workers. Alvin is 13 , but looks small for his age. He helps his parents by working at the dumpsite. Some Sunday's before , he comes to visit my apartment for breakfast, and would take home scrap , discarded metals or unused things so he can sell them.
