#tonightswine is a Cinsault from, wait for it… Chile 🇨🇱 not France. This varietal is typically a prime component of a good French rosé but here it stands all by itself in a very fresh food-friendly wine. I paired it with a Tourtière and let’s just say that the bottle is empty. It’s apparently named after the sound the wine makes as it glugs, or gin this case glups, out of the bottle. You can find this little freshie at @provisionsmilldistrict and maybe their Northampton shop. #glup #chileanredwine https://www.instagram.com/p/CYsUaKMsibS/?utm_medium=tumblr
