So yes I am posting too many bottles of wine lately.. there are no concerts folks and I am training for my new job. This is an exclusive 75% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Syrah from Curico Valley, Chile and it's a 2018 vintage called Raft of Penguins. It's exclusive as you cannot find it in a store or any restaurants, but you can find it and many other privately owned, small vineyard vintages that cater only to the company O now work for. Since I am not sure of protocol yet and how we can advertise lol if you're ever interested in a fun night of wine tasting at a very reasonable cost.. Paella y País ❤🍷.. Ñami!!!! Este país 'pisador' me gustó mucho , frutilla bien madura , nota a hierbas de cocina típica de la cepa , taninos medio a medio más con rusticidad domada que evidencia un delicado Paso por barrica. Mayor extracción creo yo que en el común de los nuevos país, lo.cuál le otorga más intensidad y lo hace más cercano al.consumidor tradicional. Me gustó mucho. Y con la paella quedó increíble.
