So, today was better. I’ve done very little other than watch a whole load of Netflix. After my mini-crisis last night I decided to just play some music, even if I didn’t write it. And I ended up writing a silly blues parody. So that’s something. Then I had a first attempt at a Spanish tortilla for dinner. It was kind of a mess visually but it was delicious, we served it with a huge salad and then I supplemented the whole thing with a serving of sauerkraut, some garlic dressing and the chile crisp from Bon Appétit which is delicious, everyone should make it immediately.
