吃完爽爽的雪花冰，再度跳上機車，來到這次的下午茶地點－丘咖啡，他是今年四月份才剛開的新咖啡店，外觀是一棟白色兩層樓的建築，帶有一點歐美尖屋頂跟台式老屋感的一家店，而且還有大片的落地窗，看起來很通透明亮，感覺就很舒服，一樓是比較現代、簡單一點的裝潢風格，走上二樓，跟一樓感覺很不一樣，是帶有些許復古風格的傢俱，採光也沒有一樓明亮，但感覺還是很舒服，適合多人邊吃甜點邊聊天。｜檸檬塔塔殼是比較偏餅乾感酥脆口感，比較特別的是他們的內餡搭配，先是鋪了一層的卡士達醬，然後才擠上檸檬內餡。他們會這樣做，想必是想用充滿蛋香、奶香，跟甜味的卡士達醬，來降低及平衡檸檬的酸味，然後讓味道上的層次更多。但對我一個吃檸檬塔就是要吃到夠酸的人來說，那個卡士達醬是加分也是扣分，加分的部分是的確是多了股蛋香跟奶香，吃起來也更水感，但同時檸檬的酸跟香，也被壓掉了，就會讓我覺得有點失去了檸檬塔該有的酸，如果說他卡士達的部分可以再少一點的話，也許就不會太搶味了。然後我想稱讚他的檸檬塔，吃到最後，可以吃到塔殼奶油的香氣，我覺得很棒！但如果是對於想吃檸檬塔，但又不太能吃酸的人，這顆檸檬塔，我會推薦給你。｜提拉米蘇他們的提拉米蘇看起來是用海綿蛋糕的方式來做，而不是用最傳統的手指餅乾沾咖啡液來製作，所以說它就少了一點手指餅乾沒有吸收到咖啡液時會保留的口感，但也有可能是自己製作的手指餅乾，只是是直接做成圓形，這樣可以省去不少功夫。他的餅乾（或是蛋糕）部分算是把咖啡液吸好吸滿，所以吃的時候可以感受到蠻明顯的咖啡香氣，馬斯卡彭乳酪的部分奶香也是蠻明顯的。他們在最後還有抹上一層鮮奶油來做表面的造型，但我就覺得有點太多，造成吃起來有點膩口，覺得可以省略掉。整體的咖啡味跟奶味都還蠻明顯的，我個人覺得不算是特別清爽的提拉米蘇，畢竟吃到最後感覺是有點膩口啦，但如果很愛鮮奶油味道的人，可能會很愛。｜貝里詩拿鐵 / 微糖大概是因為加了點糖，喝起來蠻順口的，咖啡味道蠻好的，奶味也搭配的剛好，加上貝禮詩奶酒的關係，喝完後有舒服的奶酒香氣還有在口腔跟鼻腔裡，很適合迎接下班來喝，提早讓自己的精神放飛自我， #屏東美食 #屏東咖啡廳 #屏東咖啡店 #丘咖啡 #chillcafe #提拉米蘇 #檸檬塔 #貝里斯拿鐵 #北極是吃貨 #tiramisu #lemontart #latte #lemontarte #baileyslatte #coffeeaholic #dessertaholic #cafelover #popdaily #poppingtung #popyummy #pop屏東 https://www.instagram.com/p/Ci1LDbvhH93/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

𝙲𝙷𝙸𝙻𝙻 𝙲𝚁𝙴𝚆 ————————————————— Yesterday was my last shift @chillcafepalmcove . I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed working there. Literally I didn’t feel like I was actually at work. Everybody in my team was amazing, professional at their job and having fun with it, bringing happiness to peoples faces while serving them. The vibe couldn’t get any better then this.
