In our meeting with the client yesterday we were able to agree on our final Statement of Work (SOW). In other words we summarized the deliverables that our IBM CSC team would create and discussed the client's priorities. Bagui, our client, is made up of all volunteers including the Board. Our client is very welcoming and hospitable. They are also very generous in sharing their culture. Before our meeting in a Tea House, they took us through a beautiful park filled with people walking, dancing, playing card games and of course, practicing tai chi. Here you see the Deputy General modeling a gardener's hat, a dance class, one of our hosts serenading us in the tea house with music from her traditional Drum ethnic group stringed instrument, and last but not least, a shot of our actual meeting and another of our hosts making us various kinds of tea. I am very grateful for this opportunity and overwhelmed with the graciousness of our client. Now it's time to get down to the business of providing advice that will hopefully enhance their future success. #ibmcsc #china28
