Jujubes are small fruits that can also be called Chinese dates. Usually when found fresh they can be a light green with various patches of brown or entirely brown! You can also find them dried. Either way, these little fruits have one seed in the middle, like the pit of a peach or a plum. Fresh ones are crisp like an apple but also chewy. When dried, they are super sweet! They are also one of my favorite fruits!
