Out taking care of things around Alexandria this morning so I decided to stop at #chinquapinpark for a little #shakeoutrun before tomorrow’s race. This is a small but really nice trail system and it’s adjacent to #tcwilliamshighschool, where I hit the track after the trails to tack on some #striders. The #jinglealltheway15k is in the morning and it will likely be chilly one.
