So my mom and I were watching TV when my sister asked for something sweet. my mom asked if I wanted ice cream and I was like, "Nah, but I'll take some chips." and she laughs at me and goes, "You love yourself some chips, for your birthday I'm just going to buy you a few multi bag of chips." so I respond, "Okay, just not with Fritos." "It's a multi bag of chips, you get what you get. Besides you're go to college, I'm sure there's a way for you to get rid of fritos."  So I'm honest and say, "Yeah I know some stoners." And that's how I know what I'm getting for my 23rd birthday.

Baseline day 7

Workout this morning was rough. Have u ever showed up to class, did like five moves and think why does this hurt so bad, do these wall balls weigh 200lbs?! Atleast I showed up and did something. That's more than most people can say. Ur not always gonna have stellar performances or feel that motivated but as u get up and accomplish something even if it's small, then u have moved one small step to achieving ur goal. Sleep I need to sleep more. Problem I drink tea late at work so I can be alert for the drive home. But when I'm home I stay up too late. Sleep. Food today finished the last of the pork for lunch. I know JoAnn is sick of my pork pics I will switch to some other recipes this week :). Had it with the last of my kiwi salsa and then of course my one true vice homemade chips.. Hey I can't eat my whole bag of lays sour cream and onion anymore so this is what I'm doing and I never get sick of it. And then for dinner I had a chicken chorizo sausage (Cinco de Mayo!) with a spinach avocado salad with carrots and pistachios, some almonds, banana and a cup of my coconut almond tea that is highly caffeinated and prevents me from becoming a story on my news station.
