Global Perspective Unit
Students of Stage 4 worked in groups to come out with a few points on helping people belong as a part of their Global Perspectives unit. They made wonderful presentations and discussed the perspective with peers.
Math is Fun
Students of Stage 5 calculated the area and perimeter of regular and irregular shapes like leaf using a graph sheet during a classroom activity.
Students of Stage 4 were involved in class activities related to Decimals. They had to represent the given decimals on the number lines, in the form of a picture, write the equivalent fraction and compare decimals.
Students of Stage 2 explored their room for the type of toys they have, collected the data and made bar graphs using the data.
Explorers
Students of Stage 3 conducted experiment to find out if a material is hard or soft. They used the Science process skills throughout the experiment that helped enhance their observation and hypothesis skills.
Students of Stage 4 conducted experiments to check whether sound travels better through solid, liquid or gas. They used all three different media to conduct the experiment and came up with their inference.
Students of Stage 5 collaborated and presented in groups the information they gathered about our Solar System, planets, asteroids and meteors.
Assembly
The Assembly time for Primary students continued to be exciting with book reviews, talent shows, short speaking on inventions and discoveries and values. Children are actively participating in the morning assemblies and are appreciating the presentations made by their peers.
