1. Chloe comes off very friendly and sweet, but she is actually an introvert that has learned to act like an extrovert.
2. She opened her sandwich wrap based food truck because she used to work in a small construction cafeteria, and made wraps sometimes. All the workers always raved about them.

Chloe has a lot of emotional trauma from a past relationship. They had an off and on thing for a while, he spent time in prison, battled drug addiction and depression, and ultimately ended his life. That destroyed Chloe. She had a mental break down of her own and moved to Florida to find a new life. In the process, she began to self harm, but hides it very well.
