Hello!

I've been searching desperately for this doc for the last few days and just can't find it, but someone on Reddit recommended that I ask here, so here I am.

James and Lily are neighbours in a block of flats. James is secretly Lily's favorite author. He uses an alias as he wants to protect his famous parents' reputation. He leads Lily to think that he's just another fan until she discovers his secret by mistake. She gets very upset with him, thinking he was just using her to get ideas for his latest book. When the book is published and dedicated to Lily, she finally realises that James was being sincere and shows up at the book signing and forgives him. Sirius is James' agent and the only one in on James'secret. I think it was either on ffn or portkey.

Modern Hogwarts AU: During fifth year, Hermione realises that the DA needs a pick-me-up to help cheer them up in the face of Umbridge’s rule. She recommends to Harry that they hold a karaoke night and he agrees. It’s announced a week beforehand, giving everyone a chance to prepare. When the night finally arrives, it turns out to be a lot of fun and everyone has a great time. The highlight, however, is Harry and Hermione singing a duet together, which has everyone placing bets on just when they will get together.

However, after graduating,  while training to become an Auror, he hears the story of how the royal family was killed, and his friends suggest that, just maybe, he's the lost prince. This leads them on an adventure to uncover the truth about that Halloween night, with help from his best mate Ron and girlfriend Hermione…
