Encountering Mercy
In 3 days, my official pilgrimage to Krakow, Poland for World Youth Day will begin. I can hardly contain my excitement! I’ve been preparing for the pilgrimage both physically and spiritually. Physically, to ensure I will be able to hike the 10 miles + a day and spiritually, that my heart might be open and prepared to truly encounter the Spark of Mercy in Krakow, Poland.
This year, World Youth Day will focus on the fifth Beatitude, “Blessed are the Merciful, for they shall be shown Mercy.” I invite you journey with me as I prepare to encounter the mercy of Christ in a special way and to reflect with me on the role that this mercy plays in each of our lives.
