Wild Brew 2013 Spelt Saison, a collaboration between Choc and Prairie (Picked up at Star Grocery). A 3 of 4. Great carbonation and lacing. A lot of yeast, grain, and spiciness in the nose. Some fruit as well. Quite flat on the palate overall, although there are some bright notes with some lighter fruit notes. Slight funk, and really distinct spelt presence throughout. Solid.
