I’m thinking he’s the son of the second watcher, and caramel arrow was taken in by the second watcher when she was young and they’ve been siblings ever since

Uh since my cookie au has a larger time gap I have the watchers more like a generational thing, caramel arrow is a descendent of the first watcher and Choco syrup would take up the mantle of second watcher after his father can no longer fight. He doesn’t feel like he could ever fill the position though
