Savor the deliciousness of homemade chocolate, which is rich and creamy. Add your preferred toppings to make it your own unique treat.
Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate. 100g milk chocolate. 1/2 cup 120ml heavy cream. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sea salt, dried fruit.
Instructions: Cut the milk and dark chocolate into tiny pieces, then transfer them to a heat-resistant bowl. Heat the butter and heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Take off the heat right away. Over the chopped chocolate, pour the heated cream mixture and let it sit for two to three minutes without stirring. Once the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is smooth and glossy, stir the mixture. Stir in vanilla extract and a small pinch of salt. Use silicone molds or parchment paper to line a baking pan. Fill the molds or pan with the chocolate mixture. You can top the chocolate with chopped nuts, sea salt, or dried fruit, if you'd like. Chill for a minimum of two hours or until the chocolate solidifies. After it has set, take it out of the fridge and either unmold or break it into pieces. It's time to indulge in your homemade chocolate! It should be kept cold and sealed in a container.
