Posted @withregram • @chocolator2 Today chocolate UK producer @solkiki_chocolatemaker Filipino Trinitario from Koblon Farm. 70% (56g) 540kcal/100g 2016 @acadofchocolate bronze winner. quite acid, very mild and fruity, some coffee touch, notice of very roasted beans.. I found this earthy taste from Asian region normally but doesn’t disturb at all. Found it pretty sweet but this coffee touch and all these flavours harmony, getting addicted.
