Choerry’s secret jealous side for @permeablecement
Thank you so much for this lovely request! I completely adore Choerry so I had a lot of fun making it. I was originally gonna do a couple little hcs but then it kind of turned into this by accident so I hope you like it!
Choi Yerim refuses to admit it when she gets jealous. But the girl doesn’t know how to hide her feelings, so it’s written all over her face and in her voice.
You’d come to meet Yerim after her rehearsal that day, but had finished the walk quicker than expected, so you were waiting outside the BBC building when an old friend from school walked by and stopped to catch up with you.
You and your friend hug and stand talking for a while, smiling and laughing as you discuss old classmates and teachers.
You look up and your gaze catches Yerim. She’s standing deadly still in the doorway to the BBC building, wearing an expression that you could only describe as stony.
Now that’s a face you haven’t seen before.
“Hi babe.” you say sweetly, but with a degree of hesitation. “this is my old friend from school.”
Yerim’s response is almost monosyllabic.
“Okay,” she says, not meeting your eyes.
“We were just talking ab-”
“Let’s head out.” Yerim interrupts, grabbing your hand tightly and leading you away with her.
“Yerim,” you say, starting to laugh “you’re not...jealous? Are you?”
“I’ve no idea what you’re talking about.” she responds quickly “why would I be jealous?” but her face and her tone are revealing quite the opposite.
You can’t help but smile but then conceal it quickly. You’d never expected to see a side like this to Yerim. It’s strangely endearing.
“She really is just an old friend; I haven’t seen her in months.”
“Why should I care? You can talk to whoever you want.” Yerim’s says, her grip on your hand tightening ever so slightly.
You stop in the street, taking Yerim’s other hand so that she’s facing you, and look into her eyes, determined to bring out her token smile.
“I kind of like you being jealous.” you say teasingly, and Yerim opens her mouth to protest.
“I just said I’m not je-”
You cut her off with a swift peck on the lips, and the smile you know and love struggles its way out from her stony face.
“So where am I taking you out today?” you ask sweetly.
