There’s so much going on in the world right now that it’s so easy to get caught up in the hype. The media can be really good at that sometimes, causing people to believe stories that are sometimes a little far from the truth... The trick to keeping your sanity in a time like “𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄” is to not allow yourself to get caught up in other people’s drama. 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮? Maybe it’s time to switch it off for a while and have a real conversation with someone you love. 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙪𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙮𝙥𝙚?
