each brother's reaction to karamatsu dying?? and his last thoughts ;)

BURSTS DOWN THE DOOR AND SCREAMS GUESS WHO’S HOME AND READY TO BREAK SOME HEARTS (hint: its me……) 

anyways.

karamatsu would die because he goes out of his way to protect an innocent person. he’s probably walking back home late at night, and he sees someone pull out a gun on someone else, who seemed very frightened. so he rushes over to them, pushes them out of the way, and takes the bullet for them. his last thoughts would be “i hope they can get away safe.” 

osomatsu wouldn’t take the news lightly. when he first hears that karamatsu was at the other end of a gun and did immediately when the trigger is pulled, he thinks it’s a joke. it’s only when he’s at the funeral and he sees his body for the first time, he’s more serious about it. he’s there to comfort his brothers, especially todomatsu, but he’s extremely quiet. he feels guilty about it, even if he had nothing to do with it. he’s supposed to be the elder brother, isn’t he? so why couldn’t he protect one of his younger brothers when he could have…? 

choromatsu doesn’t say anything at first. he doesn’t believe it, much like osomatsu, but osomatsu has to talk to him about it privately. he’s quick to adapt to the idea of it, but he doesn’t like it. he tries to stay composed because he’s not the type to start crying in front of people. 

ichimatsu doesn’t know what to do. when he hears “karamatsu’s dead,” he just shrugs and goes, “finally.” at the funeral, he doesn’t bother going to see karamatsu’s body much, nor does he have any final words for it. when he’s alone though, he feels the guilt of everything, though. if he has to cry, he does it when he’s alone, maybe with jyushimatsu if he’s confronted about it.

jyushimatsu and todomatsu both have a similar reaction. they both stand there in shock when the news is first spoken, and are both the first to start crying over it. the biggest difference is jyushimatsu is a little more strong compared to everyone else, and constantly says that karamatsu wouldn’t want them to be sad. todomatsu, however - considering he’s the closest to karamatsu, feels it’s his fault completely. he’s a loud crier, and he picks arguments with osomatsu over it. he ends up going out more to keep his mind clear of everything.

hey guys!! sorry we’ve been a bit inactive as of late, that’ll change sometime in the week! but i just came here to say that i’m going to be away from today until thursday night because i was forced to go out of town with my parents someplace completely last minute. i’m sorry!!

I am too but I so miss the reeking boxes, it made level grinding so much easier but I love the challenge! I'm probably gonna marry Jakob

I MISS THOSE TOO, but i can deal without them. ;v; i had my eye set on marrying nishiki when i first grabbed birthright but jakob is slowly(quickly) stealing that spot, so i might marry him instead.;;

Okay so that matsus walk in on their s/o singing and dancing to a hit song alone (maybe in their underclothes??) how do they react?

Osomatsu: This dork doesn’t even say anything when he sees it for the first time. He just kind of quietly stands there and watches them until they notice him, but he encourages them to continue - because they were just so cute he couldn’t say anything to disturb them.

Karamatsu: Unfortunately for him, he doesn’t get much of a chance to see it, because when he walks in he ends up calling out their name, causing his s/o to throw something at him and rush him out of the door. 

Choromatsu: He stands there for a few seconds and he can’t help but laugh, but he doesn’t mean it in a bad way. 

Ichimatsu: He doesn’t really do anything. Like Osomatsu, he’s quiet when he comes into the room and he just watches, but when his s/o notices him, they drag him to join them as well.

Jyushimatsu: He immediately rushes in, and if his s/o is just wearing their underclothing, he tugs his hoodie off and pants and joins them. He just wants to have fun with them! 

Todomatsu: He records it because of how adorable his s/o is. Luckily for him, his s/o doesn’t even notice he’s recording until they look over and see him holding out his phone. But they say he can keep it, just as long as he doesn’t post it anywhere!
