Chorotypus appears to translate into dance-strike.

Family: Chorotypidae (Tropical Asian Grasshoppers with heads that rise above the thorax)

Fun Fact: They mimic dead leaves to avoid predation.

Habitat: They are endemic to the rainforests of southeast Asia. 

Ecosystem Role: Like most orthopteras they consume plant material.
